Registration and use of personal data
The collection and processing of customer identification data is intended for registration in the Quinta da Mesquita database, with the aim of carrying out the provision of hotel services, with identification data being processed via citizen card or passport, as well as address, email, telephone data, although other personal data that may be necessary or convenient for the provision of services may be collected, and tax identification data for legal and billing purposes.
The information collected is used for the room reservation and billing processes, customer management, legal obligations, for historical and statistical purposes, service quality control and for future contacts.
Data is collected through our website when the user sends us a reservation request or through our partner reservation platforms, in particular Booking.com.
We do not collect data from special categories of data and do not accept reservations made by children, therefore we do not collect personal information from children.
The personal data collected by us is not shared with third parties without the owner's consent, except for the exercise of legal obligations.
Personal data is kept for the period of time necessary for processing in accordance with current Portuguese legislation. Billing data is retained for a period of 10 years and customer identification data is retained for as long as necessary, normally 2 years.
Rights of holders
Data subjects have the right to access, rectify or update personal information stored about them, the right to portability, the right to delete their data and the right to limit or oppose the processing of their data.
